Dear Mimi,
In my role as a Quality Assurance Manager, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I have always appreciated how you would go above and beyond for your staff as a Clinical Program Manager, to ensure they were equipped with the right tools to succeed. I also appreciated your leadership and you taking initiative to improve the program’s reporting and processes. Most of all, I appreciated how dedicated and passionate you are because at the end of the day, for you, it was all about the kiddos and their families.
As a new mom, I really like that your services offer support to the children as well as the parents, and offer a wide variety to include assessments and workshops. With the never-ending stream of information from the internet and social media, workshops to guide parents through difficult situations and times would make a great impact.
Your clinical skills and expertise along with your eagerness and devotion to improving the well-being of the Birth to Five population and their families will be valuable to many families, especially during these uncertain times.
